OUR PROCESS
PART 1: free of charge
1.a INITIAL CONSULTATION
Our collaboration with you begins with an in-depth consultation in which we discuss your
vision and specific needs.
PART 2: fixed budget
2.a LOCATION CHECK & CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
After visiting the venue together with you and discussing your vision and the specific
requirements, we create a tailor-made concept that is aligned with the discussed requirements.This concept includes detailed suggestions for the theme and story, budgeting, schedule and much more.
PART 3: variable budget
3.a PLANNING
As soon as the concept has been finalised, we start planning and organising the show. Our
team takes care of selecting and booking the artists, developing choreographies and scenic
representations, and the technical implementation.
3.b REHEARSALS
A few weeks before or on the day of the event, we carry out rehearsals on site to test the
process and make final adjustments.
3.c IMPLEMENTATION
On the day of the event, our team ensures that everything runs smoothly and coordinates all artists and technical processes. We make sure that the show starts on time and that all parts of the programme are perfectly coordinated. If desired, photos and videos can be taken at the event for follow-up reports and publications.

4.a DEBRIEFING
After the event, we are happy to take time for a debriefing. Our goal is to build a long-term
partnership and regularly create breathtaking events for your guests.
